الر ۚ كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ آيَاتُهُ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتْ مِنْ لَدُنْ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍِ
Aliflamra kitabun ohkimat ayatuhu thumma fussilat min ladun hakeemin khabeerin
  • الٓر‌ۚ
    Alif Lam Ra.
  • كِتَـٰبٌ
    (This is) a Book
  • أُحۡكِمَتۡ
    are perfected
  • ءَايَـٰتُهُ ۥ
    its Verses
  • ثُمَّ
    moreover,
  • فُصِّلَتۡ
    explained in detail
  • مِن لَّدُنۡ
    from (the One Who)
  • حَكِيمٍ
    (is) All-Wise,
  • خَبِيرٍ
    All-Aware.
Abdel Haleem : Alif Lam Ra [This is] a Scripture whose verses are perfected, then set out clearly, from One who is all wise, all aware.
Ahmed Ali : A L R , a Book its verses/evidences were perfected/tightened , then were detailed/explained/clarified from at/by (a) wise/judicious, expert/experienced .
Muhammad Ahmed - Samira : ALIF LAM RA. This is a Book whose verses are indeclinable and distinct, which comes from One who is most wise and all-knowing,
Aisha Bewley : Alif Lam Ra. A Book whose ayats are perfectly constructed, and then demarcated, coming directly from One who is All-Wise, All-Aware.
